Correction: At 2:10, the correct reference is Surah Al-Jathiyah, 45:23. The bottom one with yellow highlight is correct, the one at the top is wrong. This just caught my attention right now, apologies for that.
We pray, fast, and fulfill our religious duties-yet we still feel an emptiness inside. Why?
Because they haven’t truly tasted Imaan. In this video, we uncover the missing key to experiencing the sweetness of faith and a true connection with Allah.

@@cahsantribatik6798nihnoss brother i understand where you’re coming from but also this is something that took months of effort, research, design, sourcing authentic ahadith, formatting, and packaging it in a way that’s easy to consume.

Bro this video is so accurate it’s crazy it’s like it was made for me to see
Frr 😭
Allah WANTED us to see this. Truly, he opens the eyes of whoever he pleases, and leads astray whomever he wills.
Barakallahufeek this was a nice explanation, inshallah I'll recommend others to watch it as well.
Wa iyyak, akhi! May Allah عَزَّ وَجَلَّ bless you and reward you for this, and accept your efforts as well. I was just watching your video on madhabs the other day, very well put Allahumma barik!
Tears in my eyes. May Allah Subhanwata'la give every Muslim the realization what you have teaches us today. May this message of Tawheed spread more & more. Keep praying for me.
You are absolutely correct. The word 'إله (ilah)' doesn't just refer to god but also to wishes. I really hope that this video spreads! Muslims especially now NEED to contemplate this more.
If there was a message I could say to all the Muslims on the Planet right now, it would be this, it is much needed and well explained.
This video was recommended to me as a sign for sure.
Jazakallah Khair! For anyone who wants a deeper insight into this topic can search up 'diseases of the heart' (there are plenty of lectures and videos on this). These go more in-depth, following the same principal of Tawheed, but ascertaining where exactly your attachments lie and offering practical cures.
wa iyyak! great suggestion - JazakAllahu khayran for sharing
🤯 True Iman goes beyond actions like Salah or charity, it involves a deep internal connection with Allah.
💡 The core of true Iman is Tawhid-making Allah the center of your life and submitting your will to Him.
💔 If Allah isn’t the center of your thoughts, something else has taken His place in your heart.
🛑 Prioritizing worldly desires like money or status can prevent true connection with Allah.
🏠 Living for the Dunya will always leave you feeling unfulfilled, no matter your success.
🧳 When you prioritize the Akhirah, the Dunya will naturally fall into place.
📝 To break free from distractions, constantly ask if your actions please Allah.
📵 Detach from mindless distractions like social media and materialism, focusing instead on the Quran and Sunnah.
⏳ Living with the mindset of a traveler in this world brings focus on the Akhirah and spiritual growth.
👥 At the end of your life, only your deeds will remain-prioritize living for Allah to prepare for the Eternal.
📖 Reviving the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) daily can transform your life and bring you closer to Allah.

Another cool thing is that what you have mentioned in this video also has a name. It's called TAQWA (Being conscious of Allah) and it can even be called "PIETY". So practicing TAQWA is the way to strengthen your Imaan.

“And those who believe and whose descendants follow them in faith - We will join them with their descendants…”

For me knowing reading more about what lies ahead after death in the life of barzakh and hereafter helped. Especially when you truly realise what barzakh life is and it's horrors it is humbling.
Life of Dunya is nothing compared to barzakh and life of barzakh is nothing compared to the Akhira. It's just mind blowing when you actually understand the concept.

There's An amazing book that expands on this called "Al Uns Billah Taala" or الأنس بالله تعالى
I learned all this stuff from that book
In the min 2:21 the sourate is the number 45 not 51 and the verse is 23 not 56 it’s sourate Al-Jathiyah.
Thank you very much for this video !!!
JazakAllahu khayran for highlighting this brother. Yes, the correct reference is Surah Al-Jathiyah 45:23. The bottom one with yellow highlight is correct, the one at the top is wrong. This just caught my attention rn as you said it, apologies for that.
Honestly when I read that surah it sends shiver down my spine, and afterwards just maybe a min later
I cried, not even seeing what past me did, it just happened.
Also i have question:
I am still a student: my priorities are:
Studying
Islam
Hobbies
Free time
Not in order but yes
Should I stop the others for the sake of Allah SWT?
I mean I feel like I got to let it go though..... i don't know what to do
Should I only priorities Islam by then to fill my time?
I want to know your opinion on this.
First off, may Allah عَزَّ وَجَلَّ reward you for your sincerity and that soft, reflective heart. That kind of emotional reaction to the Qur’an is honestly a gift, a sign that Allah is guiding your heart. Protect it, value it, and keep asking Allah to keep your heart alive.
As for your question, this is just my two cents, I’m no scholar or shaykh, just a fellow Muslim trying to grow, but here’s what I’d say from my limited understanding:
You don’t need to quit studying, hobbies, or life to be “fully committed” to Islam. Islam isn’t just something you do outside of life, it’s meant to flow into everything you do.
So maybe instead of removing your priorities, rearrange them. Make Islam the foundation of your intention.
Study - Make an intention to seeking knowledge to serve your family, your deen, and staying independent.
Hobbies - Everything is good as long as there's no haram element in it and it doesn't stop you from performing your faraid (obligations). Try to choose ones that don’t distance you from Allah.
Free time - Use some of it for Qur’an, dhikr, and learning… and leave some for rest too - balance is Sunnah.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"The strong believer is more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, though there is good in both."
[Sahih Muslim 2664]
This includes mental, spiritual, and even physical strength. That means you growing in your studies, improving your focus, and even staying mentally healthy through hobbies, can all be part of your ibadah/worship if your heart is connected to Allah in the process.
So no - you don’t have to limit/stop your life to become close to Allah عَزَّ وَجَلَّ .
Just put Him first, and live your life in a way that pleases Him, and you'll see how every part of your day becomes an act of worship.
And remember, the goal isn’t perfection overnight, it’s consistent steps towards Him.
As the Prophet ﷺ said:
"The most beloved deeds to Allah are those that are consistent, even if they are small."
[Sahih al-Bukhari 6465, Sahih Muslim 783]
May Allah عَزَّ وَجَلَّ make it easy for you, keep you steadfast, bless your journey, and make your heart always attached to Him.
آمين
Balance it
1 hour for Allah and 1 hour for halal enjoyment like playing games with your homies, playing football and stuff like that
Eid Mubarak and sukan
'Id Mubarak!
1:43 Can someone explain what is this concept of heart? I've heard it almost everywhere in every Islamic video. Like how does this even work? Can someone feel their heart? How do they even know it's coming from their heart but not the brain?
When we say “heart” in Islam, we’re not just talking about the physical organ. It refers to the spiritual center of your being, the part of you that truly loves, desires, and is attached to things.
Your mind might know what’s right or wrong but your heart is what drives you toward something.
For example:
You might know dunya is temporary (in your brain), but your heart still craves it.
Or you might love someone deeply - not because you logically chose to, but because your heart is attached.
That’s why Allah SWT mentions the heart so often in the Qur’an.
So when we say “something else has taken the place of Allah in your heart,” it means your deepest love, fear, hope, or priority is attached to that thing more than to Allah.
And that’s what true tawheed fixes - it puts Allah back at the center of your heart, where He alone belongs.
Hope that helps in shaa Allah
@1-thentic But can this be proven? The thought itself occurs in the brain heart is just there for the blood circulation through out the body. Isn't it supposed to be like that? Idk I guess I'm not well informed on this subject. Anyway JAZAKHALLAH for taking your time to reply bro.
Definitely, This Ramadan If I were to do something I'd ask myself Will Allah be happy or upset if I do this?
MashaAllah, may Allah reward your efforts. Could you put Turkish subtitles so that I can share it with others?
Ameen, wa iyyāk brother. I’ve added the Turkish subtitles.
@1-thentic JazakAllahu khairan brother.
❤❤❤
This is theory.
First point is enough. Second point is to be regulated ONLY. Third point is not true.
As prophet's favorite prayer is good (peace and appropriate) life here and good life in here after.
JazakAllah khair for sharing your thoughts. Of course, Islam doesn’t forbid enjoying the dunya. Living for the Akhirah essentially is avoiding the haram, seeking the halal, and aligning every choice with what pleases Allah. When you do that, both your dunya and Akhirah naturally fall into place
ssalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. It is said that a stranger's dua is accepted, and maybe you are closer to Allah. Can you please make dua for me? I`ve recently came out of a haram relationship and Allah guided me with his utmost mercy Alhamdulillah. Can you please make dua that Allah blesses him with guidance and guides him to the right path. He`s been influenced by bad company and shaytaan and is commiting major sins now. Please make dua that Allah guides him and showers him with blessings in both this life and the hereafter and make him a righteous person who is well aware of his deen and blesses him with a righteous wife too. He has hurt me and caused me severe mental trauma but I have forgiven him for the sake of Allah and I only want the best for him. I dont want him to suffer in the Al Akhirah and remain accountable to Allah.Please.. Ameen Ya Rabb. Jazakallahu khairan to whoever will do. May Allah return you the favour and reward you twice as much as the dua you've made for me. 🤍
Wa alaikumussalaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
First off - May Allah SWT grant you both healing, peace, strength, and a heart filled with guidance from Him and reward you immensely for forgiving for His sake. That’s no small thing.
Remember this hadith:
“Whoever leaves something for the sake of Allah, He will replace it with something better.” (Musnad Ahmad 23074)
And don’t forget this: the most powerful du’a is the one you make for yourself - when your heart is broken, your eyes are teary and your voice trembles as you call out to Allah SWT in secret. That’s the moment. Never underestimate the weight of your own du’a.
Also one more thing I would like to add - you said I might be closer to Allah SWT but I ask Allah SWT to forgive me, for I am just a sinful servant whose faults are veiled by His mercy. If you see any goodness, it’s from Allah SWT alone, not from me.
Akhi Barakallahu fik for this Video

Number 3 i already did
But number 1 and 2 idk what to say but you know yeah😅
I feel like this, but even after connecting with Allah, I have moments where I ‘slip up’. Where some days I’m praying more than 5, reading Quran, then there are some days I can’t even pray the five
Any tips?
That’s part of being human brother. Imaan rises and falls and even the Sahabah RadiAllahu 'anhum felt this. But you've to keep returning. How?
Never let go of the faraa'id. The 5 daily prayers are non-negotiable, hold onto them no matter what. Also the Qur'an and your daily morning and evening adhkar. Even if it’s one ayah a day, stick to the Qur’an and reflect on it. It will take some effort on days you don't feel like it, but if you put some effort and do it regardless of how you feel, you'll notice a big difference, in shā’ Allāh. Your days will start to fill with barakah and blessings you won't be able to comprehend. I've experienced it myself.
And here is a great app you can use for authentic morning & evening adhkar: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alifewithallah.app&hl=en
