SD_Silverfish, who was known as SilverChest on 8muses, explained that Miriam was hard for the AI to learn properly enough to meet their own standards. They tried their best, but were only able to make a few more that PussyLovver didn't post/save here:

They're great, just needs more emphasis on the boob size, and it's almost perfect.
